Sandra M. Radna, a partner in the firm of Radna & Androsiglio, LLP since
1995, represents clients in car accidents, slip and fall injuries, trip and fall injuries, personal injury, nursing home negligence, tardive dyskinesia cases, medical malpractice, wrongful death, legal malpractice, deliberate indifference cases, matrimonial matters, divorces, prenuptial agreements, family court cases, custody cases, child support issues, real estate closings and general litigation.. Ms. Radna obtained her undergraduate degree from Hofstra University in Biology, attended nursing school at Adelphi University and obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law. Ms. Radna served as the Secretary of the Medical Malpractice Committee from 1998-2000, has been on the faculty for Continuing Legal Education in the Area of Medical Malpractice, was recently featured in Newsday for her comments in the area of real estate and was the recent subject of an article in the Long Island Business News with regard to a medical malpractice case she successfully tried on behalf her client and against Brookdale Hospital in Kings County, New York. In Family Court matters, Ms. Radna has successfully won custody for her clients, both fathers and mothers, through compassion for her clients and tenacity in the Courthouse. Ms. Radna is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New York State Bar Association.

Robert G. Androsiglio represents plaintiffs in personal injury litigation, car accidents, slip and fall injuries, trip and fall injuries, scaffolding falls, construction accidents, police brutality cases, legal malpractice, cases against the City of New York.  Matrimonial and family court matters, general litigation, residential and commercial real estate closings, corporate agreements, preparation of living wills, power of attorneys, health care proxies, last wills and testaments.


Since 1991, he has litigated cases in the Supreme and Civil Courts of the State of New York, the New York State Court of Claims and the District Courts of the Southern and Eastern District of New York. Mr. Androsiglio has a proven track record of litigating cases through trial to get a verdict for clients, and successfully arguing appeals in the First and Second Departments of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
